ORAL ORDER
2 19-08-2014 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and
learned APP for the State.
2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the
offences alleged under Sections 224/353 of the Indian Penal
Code registered in connection with G.R.P.P.S. Bakhtiarpur
Case No. 77 of 2009 pending in the Court of Railway Judicial
Magistrate, Patna.
3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been
falsely implicated and have committed no offence as alleged.
4. Having regard to the nature of accusations that
the petitioners were on transit remand and escaped while taken
from Bhagalpur to New Delhi, the present anticipatory bail
petition is not maintainable and is dismissed as such.
