The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail which was rejected on 24.7.2013 considering the report of the trial court that trial was likely to be concluded by March, 2014.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that still the trial is not likely to be concluded in near future and all the official witnesses as well as material witnesses are to be examined.

The petitioner was granted liberty to renew his prayer

for bail in April, 2014 because of report of the trial court.

Considering the earlier observation, the petitioner Ram Vishwas Rai is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the
