Through this modification petition, the petitioner has pointed out of a typographical error in his Cr. Misc. No.3832 of 2014 which was disposed of on 10.3.2014 by which the bail was granted to the petitioner. But father’s name of the petitioner was wrongly typed in the petition as ‘Late Shailendra Yadav’.

It has been submitted that father’s name of the petitioner is ‘Late Sulendra Yadav’. It was a typographical error which has resulted into batches of the order.

The aforesaid typographical error stands corrected and the petitioner’s father’s name should be read as ‘Late Sulendra Yadav’. Other terms and conditions of the order dated 10.3.2014
