	The petitioner seeks bail in a case, which has been
	registered for the offences punishable under Section 7 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.
	According to the prosecution case, the petitioner was caught red handed while accepting illegal gratification of Rs.1,000/-.
	Learned counsel for the petitioner has contended
	that the petitioner has become a victim of circumstances. At the
	relevant time, he was posted as Circle Officer, Dhanrua. The
	police has already concluded their investigation and a report under

Be that as it may considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner who is said to be in custody since 20.2.2014 is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge Vigilance (Ist), Patna in connection with Special Case No.28/2014, arising out of E.O.U P.S. Case No.09/2014.
