The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.
It is contended that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possessions of the petitioner. The mobile phone which is alleged to have been recovered from his possession belongs to his cousin. It has further been contended that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 5th November, 2013.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two
