The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 392 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
It is contended that the petitioner was not put on T.I.Parade after her arrest. The other two co-accused, namely, Anita @ Antita Devi and Sangita @ Baby @ Sangita Devi @ Baby Devi, who were arrested along with the petitioner and against whom there is identical allegation to that of the petitioner have already been granted bail vide order dated 27th May, 2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No.13199 of 2014 by another Bench of this Court.
