The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 409, 420, 467, 468, 470, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No. 124 of 2013.

It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and in any event there is no defalcation inasmuch as payment have duly been made to the beneficiaries. On this account similarly situated co-accused Tripurari Thakur has already been grated anticipatory bail by this Court.

Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, as such, in the event of the

petitioner’s arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from the date of communication of this order, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui, in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No. 124 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C. with additional condition that the petitioner will be well represented on each and every date and if he fails to do so on two consecutive dates, his bail bond will be liable to be cancelled by the Court concerned.
