The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Karpi (Shahartelpa) P.S. Case No. 191 of 2013 registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 147, 323, 323, 307, 354 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is submitted that the alleged altercation took place due to dispute with regard to construction of a ridge on the

agricultural land for the purpose of irrigation and the first information rerpot bearing Karpi P.S. Case No.190 of 2013 was lodged by the side of the petitioner against the informant’s side also. Thereafter, present F.I.R. was lodged by the informant. It is submitted that the injuries are simple in nature.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, namely, Sanjay Paswan, Santosh Paswan, Rahul Paswan @ Rahul Kumar, Surendra Paswan, Bhikhari Paswan @ Bhikari Kumar, Munna Paswan and Bhim Paswan be released on bail in the event of arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today in Karpi (Shahartelpa) P.S. Case No. 191 of 2013, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000( Ten Thousand Rupees) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad subject to the conditions as laid down under sub-section(2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
Accordingly, this application is allowed.
