Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 47(A) of the Excise Act.
It is submitted that four litres of country liquor and 100 kg. of Java Mahua were seized from the house of the petitioner. Learned counsel. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner’s antecedent is clean and the Mahua was collected by the petitioner for feeding the cattle.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, namely, Kadan Roy, be released on bail in the event of arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today in Case No. C-I05/2013 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- ( Ten Thousand Rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each
