A written report was given by Ratnesh Singh that while he was returning with his brother Manhaiya Singh, then in the way Mohan singh, Dablu Singh, Hari Lal Singh, this petitioner, Arvind Singh and Timal Singh intercepted them. It has been alleged that at the behest of the petitioner, Mohan Singh gave farsa blow to the informant’s brother and Dablu Singh and Hari Lal Singh also gave blows.
Submission is that the petitioner is merely the order giver and no overt act is alleged against him.

Nagar P.S. Case No. 84 of 2013.
