2 13-02-2014 The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code against 6 – 8 unknown dacoits.

Submission is that no body is named in the FIR as accused. During investigation the petitioner’s name has come on the basis of confessional statement of Babli Dubey and Badku Singh, who have been ordered to be released by this court on 1.10.2013 and 14.11.2013 in Cr. Misc. No.35626 of 2013 and Cr. Misc. No.35842 of 2013 respectively.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2^nd
