The petitioners are in custody since 14.7.2013 having no criminal antecedent in a case registered under sections 25(1AA), 26(1) and 35 of the Arms Act.

After receiving confidential information, the police went to a particular place where firearms were being prepared. On sight of police, the persons present there trying to escape but they were over powered and caught. The petitioners were also caught there. Some finished pistols and other raw materials for preparing firearms were also seized. Submission is that besides the petitioners one Md. Putur was also caught has been granted bail on 17.12.2013 in

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners named above are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1^st Ad hoc Additional Sessions Judge, Khagaria/concerned court, in Mahesh Khunt P.S. Case No.108 of 2013.
