The petitioner is an accused in a case registered under Sections 232, 238, 472,473, 498(A), 489(B) 489(C), 414 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and later on Sections 235, 467,489(D), 239 and 257 of the Indian Penal Code was added.

The petitioner was found with two currency notes of 500 denomination and one currency note of 100 denomination which were suspected to be fake.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate/concerned court, Araria in Bhargama P.S. Case No.74 of 2013.
