The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 147,148,149,341,279,336,337,307,353 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that the paddy was being carried to Nepal when SSB personnel objected, they were attacked. The petitioner was named though he subsequently reached at the place of the occurrence when SSB personnel were assaulted.
Considering the nature of accusation, let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Inarwa P.S. Case No. 69 of 2013 pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Bettiah, West Champaran.
