4 18-04-2014 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner, complainant and the State.
The petitioner husband of the complainant is apprehending arrest in a complaint case in which process has been directed to be issued after cognizance being taken for the offences punishable under Sections 498A and 323 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
The basic accusation is of torture for non fulfillment of dowry demands.
The petitioner and the complainant are present. The petitioner has reiterated his earlier stand incorporated in order dated 23.12.2013 that he is ready to keep the complainant as wife with full dignity and honour. The complainant is not ready to

accept the offer.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Danapur, Patna in connection with Complaint Case No. 346C of 2012 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
The grant of bail to the petitioner will not preclude the parties to resolve the issue.
