ORAL ORDER
2 29-01-2014 Petitioners are languishing in custody since
21.06.2013 in a case registered for the offences punishable
under Sections 121, 121(a), 124(a), 216(a), 120B, 34 of the
I.P.C. and Section 17 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act.
The police officer got information that one
extremist who received injury in encounter is getting treated at
Ishwar Dayal Memorial Hospital when raid was laid and from
the hospital the petitioners and Santosh Kumar and Arun
Kumar were arrested.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the
petitioners that only on suspicion the accusation has been
levelled when other co-accused have been granted bail vide Cr.
Misc. No. 44723 of 2013 and other analogous cases.
A statement has been made in para 3 of the
petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the
petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail
bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of
