Accusation is of torture for non-fulfilment of
dowry demand and performing second marriage.
A statement has been made in para 10 of the petition that petitioner has not performed second marriage and he is still ready to keep the informant with full dignity and honour.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Mahila(Bhabua) P.S. Case No. 15 of 2013.
