Statement is made at the bar that the requisites. Etc. for respondent no.3 has also since been filed on10.2.2012 belatedly.

For the reasons stated in the restoration application, non-compliance by way of filing requisites etc. for respondent no.3 within stipulated time is condoned and the restoration petition is allowed. C.W.J.C. No.20434 of 2011 is restored to its original file in respect of respondent no.3.
M.J.C. No.700 of 2012 stands disposed of.
