In the circumstances, this writ application is disposed

of with liberty to the petitioners to approach the Bank and negotiate with the concerned officials of the Bank across the table to get the account settled in accordance with law and thereafter give an undertaking to pay the amount in one lump sum or in installments, as agreed upon. If the petitioners approach the Bank within two weeks and co-operate in the matter, Bank shall be advised not to take any coercive step against them till they further default.
