JUSTICE JAYANANDAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 26-11-2013 Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that due to intervening circumstances, this writ application has become infructuous. However, he submits that now petitioner has filed an application for allotment of land in the eastern portion of Gandhi Maidan for period from 15th February to 15th April, 2014 for holding DisneyLand Mela. He submits that a direction may be issued to consider the same and pass appropriate orders.
Writ application is accordingly disposed of with a direction to the Collector, Patna to take cognizance of the said application of the petitioner, as contained in Annexure-5 with the supplementary affidavit, said to have been filed in his office on 25.11.2013 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law positively by 31st of December, 2013.
