paragraph no.3, the date mentioned in the 5th line from the top as “24.07.2007” is a typographical error and it ought to have been “27.09.2007”.
That being so, the order of this Court dated 21.10.2013 shall stand amended to the aforementioned extent that the date mentioned in the 5th line from the top at Para-3 shall be read as “27.09.2007” in place of “24.07.2007”.
