JUSTICE MIHIR KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 2 09-10-2013 Heard learned counsel for the parties. Having regard to the fact that the prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected on 9.10.2012 in Cr. Misc. No. 40897 of 2012 with an observation that the petitioner will renew his prayer for bail if the trial is not concluded within a period of nine months, this Court, keeping in view the averments made in paragraph no.13 of the bail application that not a single witness has been examined by the prosecution till the date of filing of this bail application i.e. 2.9.2013, would direct for release of the petitioner, namely, Sanjay Yadav on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Adhoc 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Sessions Trial No. 326 of 2011 arising out of Nautan P.S. Case No. 270 of 2008,
