3	09-10-2013 Having regard to the allegation made against the petitioner for offence under Section 399, 402, 411/34 of the Indian
	Penal Code and Section 25(1-B)A, 26/35 of the Arms Act, this Court, by taking into account that the petitioner is in custody since
	3.12.2012 as also the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has only one more criminal case pending against him, would direct for release of the petitioner,
	namely, Dipak Dayal on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
	to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Kankarbagh P.S. Case No. 540 of 2012, subject to the following conditions:-

(i) The two bail bonds will be furnished, one by a Government servant and the other by a close family relative.

(ii) The petitioner will remain present in course of trial on each and every day and his absence even for two consecutive days would automatically entail the consequences of cancellation of his bail.
