The petitioner is languishing in custody since 24.08.2012 in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.
The dacoity was committed in the house of the informant. The name of the petitioner sprang up on the confession of the co-accused.
From the possession of the petitioner Rs.3,500/- was recovered , but it is submitted that neither the seized money nor the petitioner has been put on TIP and petitioner is accused in one other case apart from the present one. It is further submitted that co-accused Pramod Mahto, on whose confession the name of the petitioner sprang up, has been granted bail.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9680 of 2013 (5) dt.26-07-2013 2/2
Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM (West), Muzaffarpur in connection with Motipur P.S. Case No. 178 of 2012, Tr. No. 4169 of 2013.
