Considering the nature of accusation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners at present in connection with Silao P.S. Case No. 110 of 2012 pending in the court of learned CJM, Nalanda at Biharsharif.
Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is
rejected.
