The petitioner is languishing in custody since 18.12.2012 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act.
The petitioner was apprehended from the house of one Manju Dvbi from where recovery of condoms and other things were made and it was found that the immoral trafficking was being run by this petitioner.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation is based on suspicion when a statement has been made in para 20 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Considering the nature of accusation and the period under custody, let the above named petitioner, be released on
