The petitioner is languishing in custody since 13.4.2013 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 364A of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that the informant was returning home on his bicycle when it was dashed and the informant was made captive for some time and extortion demand was made.
It is submitted that chargesheet has been submitted under section 365 IPC when the daughter of the petitioner has filed a case against the informant for not performing marriage and Statement has been made in paragraph 9 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Considering the nature of accusation, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
