ORAL ORDER
05/ 22-07-2013 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the
State.
The petitioners are languishing in custody since
03.10.2012 in a case registered for the offences punishable
under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4/5
of Prevention of Witch Practices Act.
The informant came to know from the grand child
that his wife is being taken away by the FIR named persons

when they are beating her when the wife of the informant succumbed to the injuries.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that accusation of beating is against 12 FIR named and 2-3 unknown persons when only one injury has been found during post-mortem and admittedly the informant was not eye witness to the occurrence and considering the nature of accusation Rupesh Mandal has been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 12769 of 2013.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Purnea in connection with Tikapatti P.S. Case No. 86 of 2012.
