Informant’s four thousand rupees, motorcycle and two mobile sets were robbed.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the motorcycle and one mobile were recovered from one Chandrakant Kumar Singh. It is further submitted that the petitioners have not been put on TIP, though the petitioners are accused in one other case each apart from present one.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Sheohar in connection with Purnahiya P.S. Case No. 66 of 2012.
