The petitioner being the husband of the victim is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after three years of the marriage for non-fulfillment of the dowry demand.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the victim has actually committed suicide even then this contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner does not absolve the petitioner from the accusation under Section 304B of the IPC.

This Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Angarghat P.S. Case No. 54 of 2011 pending in the court of ACJM, Dalsingsarai, District – Samastipur. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
