In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner, Bali Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri. P.Krishna, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bagaha, Distt- West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Tr. No. 808/2012 arising out of Bagaha P.S. Case No. 268/1993 after framing of charge.
