2 22-01-2013 Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case
registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420
of the I.P.C.
It is alleged that petitioner got appointed on the
basis of forged certificate on the compassionate ground as
Chaukidar.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the
petitioner that the age mentioned in the school certificate was
not verified from the concerned authority and petitioner has
been terminated from the service also.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner,
above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the
Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be
released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
