3 21-01-2013 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 302,201 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
One dead body was recovered when suspicion was raised against the petitioners since blood drops were found from the hutment of the petitioners.
It is submitted that the petitioners are residents of different village and only on suspicion accusation has been levelled when no motive has been alleged.
Let the learned court below consider the regular bail of the petitioners considering the suspicious nature of accusation in case the petitioners surrender within six weeks from today in connection with Raxaul P.S. Case no. 10 of 2012 pending in the

court of learned C.J.M., Raxaul at Motihari.
This application is disposed of with the aforesaid
