The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406/34 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of taking benefits under Indira Awas Scheme twice. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that out of Rs. 30,000/- received, part of money has been deposited by each of petitioners. Petitioners are ready to deposit Rs. 20,000/- each before the learned court below within six months from the date of receipt or production of copy of the order in the present case which will be

invested in some fixed deposit scheme which will be
subject to result of the case.

Considering the aforesaid stand of the
petitioners, let the petitioners above named, be
released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender
before the learned court below within a period of
twelve weeks from today in connection with Dandari
P.S. Case No. 04 of 2012 on furnishing bail bond of
Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of
the like amount each to the satisfaction of the
learned C.J.M. Begusarai, subject to the conditions
as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of
Criminal Procedure.

The bail bonds of the petitioners shall be
accepted provisionally by the learned court below
till deposit of the aforesaid amount.
