Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 08.02.2012 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1808 of 2012 but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that in course of trial, informant admitted in his deposition that he disclosed the name of petitioner and one Hansa Yadav at the behest of police. It is further contended by him that co-accused, Hansa Yadav has already been granted privilege of bail by another Bench of this Court vide order dated 11.12.2012 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 43650 of 2012.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, particularly, maintaining the parity of justice, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 1st Additional Sessions
