Again, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and, accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected on the grounds, mentioned by me, in the order dated 09-05-2012 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6691 of 2012.
However, learned IInd Additional Sessions Judge, Madhubani is directed to expedite the trial of Sessions Trial No. 473 of 2011 arising out of Madhepur P.S. Case No. 85 of 2011 and try to conclude the same, as early as possible.
