In view of the aforesaid submissions as well as nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am, again, not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and, accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Sessions Trial No. 156 of 2010 arising out of Barsoi P.S. Case No. 131 of 2009, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge (F.T.C. No. –III), Katihar is again, rejected.
