(2).In the above view of the matter, let the parties personally appear before the learned Trial Court on 25.10.2013 so that they may file a joint affidavit to the above effect and proceed together from the Court premises.
(3). If such joint affidavit is filed, the provisional bail granted by this Court in terms of order dated 07.02.2013, which shall continue in the meantime, shall stand confirmed, as also in the event that the joint affidavit cannot be filed owing to noncooperation of the opposite party no.2 who unreasonably refuses to accompany the petitioner.
