The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case
registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148,
149, 307, 323, 324, 341, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The specific accusation against petitioner no.1 is to have assaulted with iron rod on the head of the informant causing bleeding injury on the forehead when petitioner no.2 assaulted with lathi which caused uprooting the teeth of Indrajeet.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that there is counter version of the occurrence also.

Let the learned court below consider the regular bail of petitioner no.2 if he surrenders within a period of six weeks.

Considering the fact that injury report does not corroborate the accusation against petitioner no.1, let the above named petitioner no.1 be released on anticipatory bail, in the event

Case No. 320 of 2012, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
