This is a petition for regular bail for the offence under Section 120 (B) of the I.P.C. and Sections 20/22 of N.D.P.S.Act.
The allegation against the petitioner is that co-accused Domi Mandal was arrested with 25 Kgs. Ganja along with Taraju who disclosed the name of the petitioner as his associate in dealing in the same who has already been granted bail vide order dated 26.3.2011 passed in Cr.Misc. No.6449/11.
Learned counsel submits that except the confessional statement of the co-accused there is nothing against the petitioner. Neither there is recovery nor any material to connect the involvement of this petitioner.
Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like
