Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Ismailpur P.S. Case No. 14 of 2012 bearing S.T. No. 954 of 2012 registered under Sections 324, 307, 302 and 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner that he assaulted the deceased. This case is regard to land dispute between the parties.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in jail custody since 29. 04. 2012.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-Vth, Naugachia, District-Bhagalpur, in connection with Ismailpur P.S. Case No. 14 of 2012, Sessions Trial No. 954 of 2012.
