The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 353, 152, 153(A), 153(A)(A), 295(A), 307, 332, 333, 357, 427 and 435 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of throwing brick bats during Ramnawmi procession when assault was made and shops were put on fire. The petitioner is not named in the FIR, but subsequently his involvement sprang up on the scanning of the video of the procession.
A statement has been made in para 12 that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Considering the accusation against the mob when the petitioner was not named, let the above named
