JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 3 09-01-2013 The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in Sessions Trial No.531 of 2011 arising out of Baheri P.S. Case No. 81 of 2011 pending in the court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge, FTC-I, Darbhanga.
It is alleged against the petitioner that he gave khanti blow on the head of the deceased.
The report of learned trial court dated 15.10.2012 reflects that one witness has been examined and the trial is likely to be concluded within a period of six months.
In view of matter, this Court is not inclined to interfere at present. However, if the trial will not be concluded within further period of six months from today then the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
