JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03/ 09-01-2013 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State.
The petitioner is languishing in custody since 06.09.2011 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 366A, 368 and 372/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that one Umesh Kumar Singh abducted the minor daughter of the informant when it is alleged that the petitioner was one of the accomplice of Umesh Kumar Singh.
It appears from the report of the learned CJM, Saran dated 10.12.2012 that the case has been committed to the Court of Sessions on 05.012.2012.
It is expected from the learned trial court to conclude the trial within a period of one year. However, if the trial is not concluded within a period of one year, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is
disposed of.
