Initially, an application was filed which was
being referred to the police resulted in filing this case under Sections 366A and 376 of the Indian Penal Code.
It appears that the informant/complainant was a deserted woman. She had illicit relationship with the petitioner on the promise of marrying her but subsequently that was denied.
Submission is that informant was well-acquainted of the relationship with the petitioner and petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case.
Considering the facts and
circumstances of the case, petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-
