The petitioner seeks bail in a case which has been registered against him and another person under Sections 366(A)/34 of the IPC wherein it has been alleged that the petitioner and his friend have taken away the informant’s daughter who is a student of Class-VII.
Submission is that the victim was immediately caught after the occurrence and she has not alleged anything foul against any of the accused.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,
the petitioner Md. Aman is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned
