2 18-11-2013 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the
State.
Petitioner has misused bail granted to him earlier
and he has been taken into custody since 14.8.2013.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the
case, petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail
on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with
two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the
A.C.J.M., Danapur (Patna) in connection with Khagaul P. S.
Case No. 64 of 1996 with the condition that one of the bailors
must be either Government or semi Government employee.
