Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the

This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 414 and 420/34 of the Penal Code with regard to recovery of alleged theft of motorcycle.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have wrongly been implicated and are in jail since 19.07.2012. It has also been submitted that there is no criminal antecedent against the petitioners.

Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Paliganj P.S. Case No. 158 of 2012 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna, subject to the condition that one of the bailors of each of the petitioners shall be a close relative, who will file affidavit to the effect that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent and the trial Court, after due verification shall enlarge the petitioners on bail.
