JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 3 14-03-2013 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in Samho (Nayagaon) P.S. Case No. 69 of 2004 registered for the offences punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act pending in the court of learned FTC-I, Begusarai.
The accusation against the petitioner is of firing on the husband of the informant who succumbed to the injuries.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the final form was submitted but differing with the final form, the cognizance has been taken. It appears that the trial of others is going on.
Let the learned court below consider the regular bail of the petitioner if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks.
With the above observation, this application is,
