The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that Rs. 74,000/- was realized by the petitioner and his wife for providing employment when neither employment was provided nor money was returned. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no proof with regard to payment. A supplementary affidavit has been filed by the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today in connection with Khushrupur P.S. Case No. 36
